Scheduled texts in Messages
I can see the value in this, although I can also see how someone could be annoying with it, so far as I know this is already accomplishable with shortcuts.. not sure it's something Apple would add.
RCS support for Messages
Before getting into this I went and did a little research and I'm not sure honestly if Apple users need this but I'm still a little hazy on what it is, the official website for RCS is listed on wikipedia as https://www.gsma.com/futurenetworks/rcs/
A few videos are offered here https://www.gsma.com/futurenetworks/rcs/demos-case-studies/ but a lot of what Is discussed seems to be stuff Apple directly offers anyway.. not sure I'm qualified enough to say if Apple needs to add this to iOS and I'm not really on board with the whole universal messenger approach
Read receipts and typing indicator for Messages group chats
I turn off read receipts as I tend to not reply right away, I find people get pissy when they 'know you have read it 5 hours ago' but have as yet not responded.. like .. I'm busy and don't care about your 5% off on cabbage leave me be...
I'm in several group chats and It's not something I've wished for.
Option to delete all attachments in Messages
Since you can do this via macOS already, it makes sense an option would be added for this, ( -> About This Mac -> Storage -> Manage -> Messages -> select attachments -> delete)
You can do similar on iOS via Settings -> General -> IPhone Storage -> Messages
However the double finger list select isn't present and no select all so you would need to go through and tick the boxes - it'd be nice if you could bleed away excessively large attachments into the cloud or more message retention options for messages as a whole with some additional options for attachments.
Edit feature for Messages
My brain is so used to fixing typos with the correction followed by the star* but it'd be nice if a message has as yet not been read to be able to edit it.
Scheduled sending and snooze in Mail
Mail needs redesign from the ground up on everything, it's so utterly basic it's sad.
Equaliser settings for the Music app
I'm guessing the idea here is, have this setting within the app itself rather than forcing the user into Settings -> Music because the option does exist just not within the app and sure why not, Apple has always been weird keeping settings out of apps as much as they can while third party apps have kept everything upfront
Non-precise location sharing in Find My
I suppose this could be handy for meet-ups like hey I'm sharing where I'm at here is my location-ish but if you feel like you can trust someone with where you at then don't share your location ?
Find My location history
This is how hundreds of cheaters will get caught (if added) so I'm sure a good deal of the users will want it and a good deal will be dead against it .. if it's an option sure but where is the data saved ? cloud? Device? privacy!
HomeKit guest mode
I like this idea, be nice to not have to leave a spare phone (Huawei p9 for those curious what device) with home controls on the homepage so it's easy for whomever watches me cats - or pre-program the lights in advance)
Better organisation in Settings, including submenu for third-party apps
meh it's fine as is, perhaps a tab view as an alt but I've tended to scroll down into search to find what I want when I'm unsure where it is and it tends to work
Option to prevent a photo from being synced to all devices
I put this in the same category as I would the location history - I actually wish hidden phots were hidden .. not for any dodgy reasons (my hairy man boob pics of myself?) but if it's hidden then I'm sure a reason exists perhaps use the biometrics to .. actually lock it down
