L.A Noire Enhanced Released

Rockstar has confirmed the release of an enhanced version of L.A Noire for the Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One. The trailers have been coming in thick and fast prior to the pending include the Switch trailer linked above and of course the 4K Trailer. L.A Noire is a bit of a dark horse in the Rockstar family of games but has done very well in terms of maintaining popular despite its ageing years and now that it's arrived on the next generation of consoles it's likely only going to fuel hope for a future followup to this classic game.

Despite just being the original game in story it appears that Rockstar has not simply updated and repackaged the same game with them making specific mention to the Nintendo Switch version in the release information

L.A. Noire for the Nintendo Switch features the complete original game and all its downloadable content, with specific enhancements including a Joy-Con mode with gyroscopic, gesture-based controls, HD rumble and new wide and over-the-shoulder camera angles, plus contextual touchscreen controls for portable detective work.

While the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions Rockstar had the following to say

L.A. Noire for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One delivers the complete original game and all additional downloadable content with a range of technical enhancements for greater visual fidelity and authenticity, including enhanced lighting and clouds, new cinematic camera angles, high-resolution textures and more. L.A. Noire plays natively in 1080p for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, and stunning 4K for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.

AND! Finally the L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files for HTC Vive will arrive in December!
