Its been a busy month, those in the contributors tag get posts on the changes as they happen and influence how we progress forward with those changes even in some cases like this month in reversion. You may be asking yourself "self, How do I get access to the Contributor tag?" and then you will likely say "oh duh, I contribute then I get badges and eventually I get auto promoted!"

Anyway! What did we do this month that is of note?

Drafts

We added a new feature for draft posts, this is still being tested and is currently only available to admins and moderators.

Unlike / Relike - Nothing changed

We then removed the like system, added a reddit system that was way better but then removed it because we did not like the ranks system it introduced in short we disliked then reliked.

Cover the Profile

We added the option for covers on profiles check me out - currently restricted to admins and moderators, mostly because we wanted to play with all the new toys before you common folk

Auto Moderator & Badges

We introduced a neat bit of Auto Moderation which doesn't do any lethal stuff yet but it does allow us to introduce badges, these badges are now pretty much part of the site and used a great deal in conjunction with permissions - the more you know!

We also added a test user, it's used for testing stuff that needs tested... testing... test @JooloUserTest is the user, he does not speak, ever.

Profile Stuff & Discord Server

Next up we added some very basic Profile stuff so you can now write about how much you like cake, or that the cake was a lie. We plan to add some links to social profiles and your website stuff later - this feature is limited to Contributors - see you do get some toys to play with!

Created a discord server, links will appear eventually just not right now - I'm not familiar with running a server so taking my time with it ... suggestions welcome!

Finally, we added a pages addon to show the least fun pages (you'll see later)

Login with Discord & Github

We added social login options for Discord and Github, not likely we add more networks because most of them kinda suck (HI FACEBOOK!)

Boring Rules

Finally we added some boring rules ~~and policies - you can find them in the footer.~~ the rules are in the header and have been revised hugely since the original article.
